With Barclays iPortal you can deposit cheques digitally through our remote cheque imaging platform, saving you and your business time and money. It just takes a few clicks.
Authorised user profiles can access remote cheque imaging [Select “Payments” menu item, then select “Remote cheque imaging”].
Ready to download the software? [ "Step 1 of 5: Begin installation" ].
Select your scanner model [ "Step 2 of 5: Select scanner" ].
Download and run the installation [ "Step 3 of 5 : Launch installer" then select the "Download the installer" link ].
Connect to your cheque scanner by turning your device on [ "Step 4 of 5 : Verify connection" ].
Your installation is complete! [ "Step 5 of 5 : Installation complete" ].
To start depositing cheques, select the account for your deposit. Enter the total balance of your cheques.
Scan one or more cheques using your device and watch your details appear. Now you can view and verify your cheque details with ease. Once your total balance and control balance match, submit your deposit.
Your deposit has been successfully submitted and will be visible in your account within 24 hours!
Download your summary in CSV or PDF format or start a new deposit.
