Set custom alerts and notifications via email, SMS or within iPortal so you never miss an action.
Making a payment is easy [ select “Account” from the main navigation, then select “Make a payment” under the “Payment” heading] and managing standing orders is simple, [ select “Account” from the main navigation, then select “Standing orders” under the “Account services” heading ].
You can view, export or cancel a standing order, or set up a new one.
You can view, export and cancel your direct debits with ease [ select “Account” from the main navigation, then select “Direct debits” under the “Account services” heading].
Cheque book or credit book about to run out? Re-order using iPortal [ select “Account” from the main navigation, then select “Re order cheque books” or “Re order credit books” under the “Account services” heading].
Need to stop a cheque? [ select “Account” from the main navigation, then select “Stop cheques” under the “Cheques” heading]. Stop up to 9 cheques in one batch.
You can also access your admin functionality [ select “Administration” from the main navigation].
