Welcome to Barclays iPortal – our comprehensive service management platform for Barclays clients.

Barclaycard Merchant Services can now be accessed via Barclays iPortal giving you a new easier way to manage your accounts and chargebacks and access reports.

Barclays iPortal Merchant Services provides clients with the ability to manage chargebacks and merchant service accounts.

Apply to access Merchant Services

Manage Merchant Services alongside your Barclays Bank accounts with Administrators able to manage User’s access to relevant hierarchies and services.

  • View new chargeback cases and upload defence evidence
  • View and download PDF and CSV statements
  • Search transactions for the previous 12 months. 

To open the Client Amendment Form simply access (Help and Support > Forms > Corporate Banking Forms > Digital Channels Client Amendment Form PDF) from within iPortal.
