Getting started with the Barclays Biometric Reader

Once you have ordered and received the Barclays Biometric Reader(s), Smart SIM(s) and PIN(s), please follow the below steps for Admin(s) and User(s) to get started:

For Admin(s):

• Please proceed to the Barclays Signing Software and Software Installation links in the Important links section on the right to download the software onto the user(s) machine.
• Subsequently, please proceed to the Digital Channels page (opens in a new window) for instructions on how to activate the users on Barclays.Net. 

For User(s):

• Please watch the video below on how to get started on the Biometric Reader before proceeding to Barclays iPortal (opens in a new window) to begin your finger enrolment.
