How to add users and amend hierarchies and / or services:

Administrator: Adding a new User

From the Administration menu select Users

Click the Add New User button

Enter the details of the new User, including their name, address and contact details as well as the Security

Contact. The PIN for the security device is sent to the User.

Select the appropriate security device, note this is sent to the Security Contact for onward delivery to the User

Click Next

Select the Role Profiles for the new User, click Merchant Services and toggle the service on

Click Next

Review details and click Next

If the new User requires authorising, navigate to the To Do tab and click Authorise

Check the User details are correct, and then click Confirm

Administrator: Amending Hierarchies and / or Services

From the Administration menu select merchant Services Administrators

From the list of Users click the 3 dots link and then View hierarchies

A list of assigned hierarchies is shown, to amend them click Amend Hierarchies

A list of all available hierarchies is then displayed with the left hand tick box showing whether that User has access to it or not

To add or remove a hierarchy tick or untick the relevant box before clicking the Amend Hierarchies button to confirm

To amend services click Back to Manage Users

From the list of Users click the 3 dots link and then View services

A list of assigned services is shown, to amend them click Amend Services

To add or remove a service tick or untick the relevant tick box before clicking the Amend Services button to confirm

What does it mean if I only have partial access?
A: Partial access means you’re restricted as to what you can view. For more information, speak to your business administrator.
