If you need to make changes to your client set-up that you can’t make in Digital Channels yourself, please use one of the below forms. If you have any questions please contact your regular Barclays contact.
Note: Changes to your client set-up applies across Barclays iPortal and Barclays.Net. Please only use the amendment form for the bank relating to your Legal Entity: Barclays Bank PLC and Barclays Bank UK PLC.
